According to the details, while sharply criticizing the opposition, CM Punjab said that the people have no interest in the untimely meetings of the PDM. People has not welcomed any pointless meetings before, today’s meeting will also fail like before.
In a statement, the Punjab Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Pakistan is on a journey of development and prosperity. These elements only want to stop the development of Pakistan. We will not allow anyone to interfere in the journey of public service.
It may be recalled that the anti-government political alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will demonstrate its political power in Shar-e-Quaid today. The PDM will hold a rally in Bagh-e-Jinnah, Karachi today. A stage 25 feet high and 75 feet wide has been set up for political leaders in the hall, and thousands of chairs have been set up for the participants.
It has been informed that a special section has been made for women in the hall and chairs have been provided for women along with the stage. Leaders of other political parties including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif, Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao and Prof Sajid Mir will address the gathering.
According to sources, very strict security arrangements have been made for the rally and besides police personnel, volunteers have also been deployed. 25 senior police officers, 65 DSPs and 3748 personnel have been deployed for the security of the rally. In addition, 93 female police officers, including 30 female SSU commandos, will also be on security duty.
