Yemeni sources: America prevents the extension of the ceasefire.
Yemeni sources say that America has obstructed the extension of the ceasefire between Riyadh and Sana’a.
Yemeni sources say that the United States has prevented the finalization of the ceasefire agreement between Sana’a and Riyadh during its recent actions.
According to the Yemen News website, the United States has asked the United Arab Emirates government to use its aligned elements in the Transitional Council and Tariq Saleh, the nephew of Ali Abdullah Saleh, to create tension and conflict in Yemen’s security situation again.
Officials in Sana’a say that the US envoy has blocked the extension of the ceasefire agreement, which was on the verge of being finalized. Timothy Linderking also went to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and met with the ambassadors of the five permanent members of the Security Council in Riyadh.
According to Yemeni sources, the actions of the United States show that this country is trying, that the Yemeni case is still under its management, and that Saudi Arabia cannot take the initiative and take a step towards ending the war.
In this regard, on November 15, Ali al-Qahhoum, a member of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement’s political office, told Al-Mayadeen news channel that American military delegations have entered Yemeni territory. Al-Kahhoum warned that America and England are preparing for a new round of tension in Yemen.
The political office of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement also issued a statement on Wednesday last week (November 18) strongly condemning the visit of “Steven Fagin”, the non-resident ambassador of the United States of America to Yemen, to the province of “Hadramaut” in the east of Yemen.
Ansarullah emphasized: “A government like America, which supports the aggression against Yemen, cannot think about the interests of the Yemeni people for a single day. The people of Yemen strongly do not accept any American activity in Yemen, whether open or hidden.
