Turkey’s Emergency Management Organization announced this morning (Friday) that the death toll from the earthquake in this country has exceeded 18,000.
This organization announced in a statement that the number of dead in the recent earthquake in Turkey has increased to 18,342 and the number of injured has increased to 74,242.
In the continuation of this statement, the statistics of destroyed buildings are also mentioned and it is stated that 6444 buildings were destroyed following this earthquake.
At the same time, Turkey’s Disaster Management Organization announced that 1,509 aftershocks have been recorded so far and 75,780 people have been evacuated from the affected areas.
