The only solution to the Palestinian issue is the withdrawal of the occupiers.
According to Sama, Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of Hamas, emphasized the resistance of the Palestinian people and announced that the West Bank issue has no political and security solution and the only solution is the withdrawal of the occupiers from the Palestinian lands and Jerusalem.
In response to the recent Palestinian developments in the West Bank, Haniyeh said: The siege, assassination, arrest, and destruction of Palestinian homes will not change anything. The occupiers’ insistence on settlement building in the West Bank and the continuation of the policy of annexing the West Bank land to the occupied lands and the Judaization of Jerusalem will face greater resistance and stability of the Palestinian nation and will awaken the spirit of intifada and revolution in all Palestinians.
The head of the Hamas political office emphasized: There is no political and security solution in the West Bank. The so-called political solution has failed and the Oslo Treaty has ended. The Palestinian people no longer count on this path, the cost of which came from many of the principles of the Palestinian issue and our historical rights in Palestine.
Haniyeh added: The so-called security solution that relies on killing, terror, and confiscation of the West Bank has not and will not benefit our nation. A nation that stands up against insults and insists on standing up against the occupiers.
He went on to say: The only solution is for the invaders to leave our lands and sanctuaries and give up their futile dreams and political illusions, and in return, our nation should return to its lands and homeland.
In the end, Haniyeh emphasized: the threat of the leaders of the occupying regime to expand attacks on Palestinians would lead to the expansion of resistance and confronting them.
