Referring to the lack of a stable cabinet in the regime over the past two years and holding four elections, a Zionist newspaper blamed Benjamin Netanyahu for the current situation and called for his resignation.
In a note, the Zionist newspaper Haaretz criticized Benjamin Netanyahu and called for his public trial, saying he should go home.
“Until now, we have been accustomed to forming a cabinet after each election campaign,” the newspaper wrote, referring to four parliamentary elections in the past two years and the inability of the parties to form a government. Sometimes good, sometimes lower quality, but it is formed anyway. “We are now without a decisive result after four elections, and each side wishes to form a government supported by 61 members of the Knesset [parliament].”
Haaretz wrote that Benjamin Netanyahu himself is the cause of all the current problems of the Zionist regime and wrote: “The impossibility of forming a stable government is a clear result of the prime minister who is taking his party hostage and using it for his own personal purposes; “To gain immunity and cancel his trial.”
“We have believed for years that we have an extraordinary, independent, and powerful judiciary that knows how to defend an ordinary citizen,” the paper said, referring to the judicial process for Netanyahu’s trial. We learned that the Supreme Court has a global reputation. But now it’s Baby (Netanyahu) who, after his [trial] trial, has turned this extraordinary system into a punching bag with an ongoing campaign of lies. He tried to destroy the High Representative of the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office. Now take legal counsel and even judges. All of these are subject to attack and threat. “People’s confidence is diminishing.”
Haaretz called for Netanyahu to stand trial and wrote that two days ago, the process of presenting evidence in Netanyahu’s court on charges of bribery, fraud, and treason began. But he must be prosecuted openly for other crimes, such as repeated elections [four elections in less than two years], lack of funding, lack of [economic] growth, and [increased] unemployment.
“The baby must be openly prosecuted because it has caused people to lose trust in government institutions,” the newspaper concluded. He causes a situation in which lies are better than truth. All he can do is announce his resignation. He should not even dream of a president. “Simply put, he has to go home.”
