Zionist media: Netanyahu’s party proposes dissolution of Knesset.
The party of the former Israeli prime minister has prepared a plan to dissolve the Knesset and hold re-elections in occupied Palestine, which will probably be voted on in the Knesset on Wednesday.
Following the news that the cabinet of the interim Zionist regime and the prime minister of Naftali Bennett is about to collapse, there is now a possibility that a proposal to dissolve the Knesset will be presented.
Zionist Channel 12 television reported Sunday morning that the Likud party, led by opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu in the Knesset, was likely to present a plan to dissolve the Knesset and hold new elections in occupied Palestine.
According to the report, Netanyahu’s party is preparing to submit such a plan for a vote in the Israeli parliament (Knesset) on Wednesday.
According to the Times of Israel website, the plan was prepared by Bennett’s cabinet’s opposition parties in the Knesset, but it will probably be decided at the last minute to present it to parliament.
Approval of the Knesset dissolution plan is one of the three ways to overthrow the cabinet in the Zionist regime. The other two options include a vote of no confidence in at least 61 members of the Knesset against the prime minister and his cabinet, or the failure of the cabinet to approve the budget on time.
Earlier, Reuters quoted a member of Bennett’s coalition cabinet as saying that his shaky cabinet was on the verge of collapsing and holding elections in occupied Palestine.
It was two weeks ago that the Bennett Coalition submitted to the Knesset a plan to extend the regime’s laws on Zionist settlers in Zone C, but did not vote against the opposition parties.
