The Hebrew news site Walla claimed that Egypt’s efforts to mediate between Hamas and Tel Aviv in the ceasefire case and the exchange of prisoners had failed.
Hebrew news sources report the failure of Egyptian mediation between the Gaza Strip resistance groups and the Zionist regime, which could lead to clashes between the two sides.
The Hebrew news site Walla claimed on Tuesday that Egypt’s efforts to mediate between Hamas and Tel Aviv in the case of the ceasefire and the exchange of prisoners had failed.
According to the Hebrew base, attempts by the regime’s security officials, with the approval of political leaders, to advance negotiations with Hamas on a ceasefire and the Egyptian-mediated captivity, but yesterday it was revealed that these efforts had failed.
Walla also said that Hamas had sent a message to the Israeli side, mediating with the Egyptian mediator, warning that “if there are no new and better proposals” the movement would not be closed.
Resistance groups are preparing to escalate tensions
At the same time, resistance groups in Gaza have stepped up their contacts in the past few hours and begun internal consultations to prepare for a new round of escalating tensions, Al-Khaleej Al-Jadeed news website reported.
“Palestinian groups in the Gaza Strip are holding regular meetings to follow developments in Gaza, the West Bank and Israeli prisons … and will make the right decision to stop the Zionist aggression,” said Ismail Rezwan, a Hamas leader.
