Zionist general acknowledges the inefficiency of Israel against resistance missiles.
A general of the Zionist regime admitted that regime had suffered a lot of damage due to the limitations of the system called the Iron Dome, the system was ineffective in countering the missiles of the resistance groups.
“The system called the Iron Dome has proven to be ineffective and incapable of stopping resistance missiles,” Yossi Langotsky, commander of the Zionist regime’s 81st Technical Unit, wrote in a note to the Zionist newspaper Ma’ariu.
He further warned against relying solely on a missile interception system to counter missile threats, adding that this could inflict heavy damage on the internal front, strategic facilities, and the army in a possible future war.
Langotsky then called the Hamas movement in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iran threats from the Israeli regime in the event of a possible future war, and wrote that the Iron Dome could only respond in part to missiles.
He added that the so-called Iron Dome system has many limitations in countering missiles, adding that the Israeli regime cannot rely on one technology to have a strategic defense and must use at least two technologies to counter it.
“The Zionist regime’s wars against the Gaza Strip from the 2008-2009 war to the 2014 war saw its defeats in its inability to counter Palestinian missiles, and due to the shortcomings of the Iron Dome, these defeats will be an issue in the future,” Langotsky said. It is very worrying.
In the end, he called the missile threat a real threat and a catastrophe for the Zionist regime and called on the leaders of this regime to think about this issue.
