Yemeni and Palestinian children are political victims of the work of international institutions.
The Saudi and Zionist regimes, despite some differences, have something in common in the killing of Yemeni and Palestinian children,as political victims but the question is why the UN has been not only passive but also politically responsive to this massacre?
On April 26, 1994, the Saudi regime, in the form of a coalition of several Arab countries and with the help and green light of the United States, launched large-scale attacks against Yemen, the poorest Arab country, under the pretext of returning ousted and fugitive President Abd al-Mansour Hadi to Power to achieve its political goals and ambitions.
The Saudi aggressor coalition has displaced millions of people during the six years of its full-scale war against the Yemeni people and destroyed the country’s infrastructure, including schools, service facilities and even hospitals.
The coalition has also faced a humanitarian catastrophe with the land, air and sea siege of Yemen, part of which can be attributed to the spread of various infectious diseases and the death of large numbers of people due to malnutrition and severe material shortages. Food and the death of a number of them due to lack of fuel and consequently lack of electricity in hospitals were witnessed.
Meanwhile, none of the Yemeni factions has been spared from all-out attacks by the Saudi coalition, especially airstrikes, and the Saudis have used the most modern weapons thanks to the political and weapons support of their Western allies, including Britain, France, Germany, Belgium and the United States. They have used it against the Yemenis and as a result Yemeni children are suffering as political victims of international policies.
The Saudi aggression coalition does not differentiate between men and women, old and young, which has led to a large number of women and children being attacked.
From the very beginning of the war against Yemen, dozens of Yemeni children have been killed or injured as a result of coalition airstrikes under the rubble of their homes, and the intensity and extent of the attacks has increased over time.
