A member of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council, while meeting with the representative of the Hamas movement in Sanaa, stressed the support of Palestine as a major issue in the Islamic world.
Hamas representative Mohamed Abu Shamala, a representative of the Hamas movement in Sanaa, and Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council, met yesterday. During the meeting, al-Houthi stressed his support for the Palestinian cause.
A member of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council said that the Yemeni people are proud of the resistance and struggle of the Palestinian people and stand by the Palestinian people, who are at the forefront of defending the Islamic Ummah.
The representative of the Hamas office in Sanaa also praised the plans of the Ansarullah leader to help the Palestinian people and the support of the Yemeni people for the Palestinians, saying: “We feel brotherhood and comfort in Yemen, and this shows the love of the Yemeni people for Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
At the end of the meeting, Abu Shamala presented the Hamas shield to a member of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council in appreciation of his role in supporting the Palestinian cause.
The Yemeni Ansarullah movement condemned these actions and supported the Palestinian people in the recent crimes of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people.
In late May, the Yemeni people held large-scale rallies in the three provinces of Al-Dhala, Al-Bayda, and Dhamar, condemning the Zionist regime’s crimes in the occupied territories and expressing their support for the Palestinians.
The Yemeni people declared that the Battle of the Sword of Quds is the battle of the Islamic Ummah and that they will support the Palestinians to the end. The Yemenis stressed the need to stop the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime on Palestinian civilians in Gaza as soon as possible.
