US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin contracted Corona.

 According to ISNA, Lloyd Austin said in a statement that on Sunday, after observing some symptoms, he requested a corona test and quarantined himself after announcing the positive result of the test.

 He said in a statement that his illness was “mild” but that he was being quarantined for five days, according to doctors, and that he planned to attend the next week’s sessions virtually.

 The last time he met with US President Joe Biden was on December 21, more than ten days ago, the Secretary of Defense said.
