The UN Secretary General criticized North Korea’s ballistic missile launch and asked Pyongyang to refrain from any further provocative actions.
UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres condemned North Korea’s ballistic missile launch on Friday morning.
“Antonio Guterres strongly condemned the missile launch and called on Pyongyang to immediately refrain from any further provocative actions,” said a spokesman for the UN Secretary-General.

The White House National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator added: “We have no direct contact with North Korea and we are ready to negotiate with Pyongyang without any preconditions.”
The South Korean military announced early Friday that North Korea had launched a ballistic missile.
This is the second time that North Korea has launched a ballistic missile in the last 24 hours. This country has increased its missile tests at the same time as the South Korean and American exercises.
