Trump: “We are a country on the verge of decline”
The former American president referred to America as a “declining country” in a film made in the style of promotional videos.
Donald Trump, the former president of the United States of America, in a video in which he referred to the style of campaign videos made of the United States as a “declining country”.
Trump says in this video: “We are a declining country. We are a failing country. “We are a country that has had the highest inflation rate in more than 40 years.”
The former president of the United States has also mentioned the increase in the cost of fuel in the United States after the war in Ukraine. “We are the country with the highest energy costs in history, and we are no longer self-sufficient or dominant in terms of energy reserves, as we were just two years ago,” he says.
He also mentioned the reports about Joe Biden’s request for oil from Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. Trump says: “We are a country that begs Saudi Arabia and Venezuela for oil.”
While the US withdrawal agreements were negotiated in Afghanistan during Trump’s presidency, he continued to say in this clip: “We surrendered in Afghanistan and left behind the dead bodies of our soldiers and citizens and our best military equipment worth 85 billion dollars.”
The former US president adds: “We are a country that allowed Russia to destroy a country called Ukraine and kill hundreds of thousands of people.”
Trump also mentioned the recent FBI search of his Florida mansion: “We are a country that has turned law enforcement into a weapon against opposing political parties in an unprecedented act. We are a country that no longer has a free and fair press. “Fake news is the only thing you get.”
“We are a country where freedom of speech is no longer allowed,” Trump continued, while the image in the video shows the suspension of his account on Twitter. “Crime is waking up, the economy is collapsing, and more people will die from covid in 2021 than in 2020.”
