The Zionist regime’s access to Palestinian water and agricultural resources.
A UN legal report has revealed that the Zionist regime violates the rights of the Palestinian people in water and agricultural resources in the occupied territories, including Jerusalem.
In a report to the Human Rights Council in Geneva, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said there was strong evidence that the Zionist regime had encroached on Palestinian water and agricultural resources in the occupied territories.
The report states that the Israeli settlement policy has deepened the problem of dispersal of Palestinian lands and has limited access to safe sources of drinking water.
According to Al-Jazeera, the report cites restrictions on the farming activities of Palestinian farmers and the granting of concessions to Israeli settlers and farmers.
Thus, according to the report, the Zionist regime, by encroaching on the human rights of the Palestinians, has made the Zionist settlements a priority for water supply.
