The United States responded to Ansarullah attacks on Abu Dhabi.
State Department spokesman Ned Price reacted to Ansarullah’s attacks on positions in the UAE in a statement yesterday.
Claiming that the attacks were carried out against civilian sites, including Abu Dhabi International Airport, he claimed that Washington’s commitment to the security of the UAE was unbreakable and that the United States stood by the UAE partners.
At the same time, White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said in a separate statement that the United States, in cooperation with the UAE and other international partners, would hold the perpetrators accountable. He also claimed that the United States would stand by the UAE to counter any threat.
Yesterday, Monday, media sources reported the explosion of three oil tankers in the Al-Masfa area of the UAE. “In a strategic operation, we targeted the depths of the UAE,” said Yahya Sari, a spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces.
The Yemeni army and popular committees are said to have succeeded in a large-scale strategic operation with 20 drones and 10 ballistic missiles targeting critical areas in the UAE.
Meanwhile, “Mohammad Al-Bakhiti”, a member of the political bureau of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, added in connection with this operation: “The UAE caused a reciprocal reaction by resuming the aggressive operations against the Yemenis.” The UAE is weak against any military operation. We respond to the attack with an attack.
