According to IRNA from Al Jazeera, Caliph Shaheen Al-Marr, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, also called on the international community to protect the security of the region’s energy sources.
He added that any attack on these energy resources has had direct consequences for the international economy, peace and security.
Shahin al-Marmar also stressed that regional powers should not be barred from negotiating a nuclear deal with Iran because its goal is to limit the development of Tehran’s nuclear technology.
The UAE representative claimed that we could not ignore the development of Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs, as well as its involvement in the region.
