A detailed analysis of crimes in 2018 showed that the perpetrators of these crimes in most cases remained anonymous, fueling more attacks against Muslim religious sites by neo-Nazis or left-wing extremists, the report said.
The group pointed out in its recent report that among the 120 recorded attacks against mosques in 2018, the perpetrators were identified in only 9 cases.
