The people of Bahrain trampled the flag of the Zionist regime.
Bahraini media reported that the people of this country took to the streets condemning the normalization of relations with Tel Aviv and trampled on the flag of the Zionist regime.
Bahraini media reported this afternoon (Friday) that the people of Bahrain took to the streets to commemorate the anniversary of the martyrs of the February Revolution in Bahrain and to condemn the visit of Israeli officials to Bahrain.
Bahrain’s Al-Wefaq party reported that the people of Bahrain had trampled on the Zionist regime’s flag and chanted slogans such as “Naftali is the enemy of God.”
The demonstration came after senior Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Israeli War Minister Bani Gantz, recently arrived in Manama. The Israeli Minister of War arrived in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, on the 13th of this month on an unannounced visit. The Israeli Minister of War had signed a security agreement with Manama during a meeting with his Bahraini counterpart Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Naimi.
Under the agreement, signed for the first time since the normalization of relations between the two sides on September 11, 2020, strategic security cooperation between Bahrain and Tel Aviv will be increased; But no details of the agreement and its terms have been released.
The Israeli Ministry of War claimed in a statement: “This agreement will help increase intelligence, training and cooperation in the field of defense industry. “This agreement will also lead to strong cooperation and increased security for both sides and the region as a whole.” Bani Gantz also claimed that the agreement was “historic” and would lead to a new level of relations between the two sides. He also claimed that the agreement would increase the two sides’ cooperation in dealing with “common threats”.
The agreement was signed between the two sides while the Israeli Minister of War met with the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Crown Prince, Salman bin Hamad, in Manama. Gantz also visited the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain the day before the meeting and met with Brad Cooper, the fleet commander.
Following the signing of a military agreement between the two sides, BATS, a subsidiary of the Zionist regime based in Belgium, announced a deal to sell radars and anti-UAV systems to Bahrain.
The Israeli company announced that the GR12 radar technology belonging to BATS will be the core of the solution to the Bahraini problem. The Israel Defense website also reported that the deal was struck in the second half of last year and that the systems are expected to be delivered to Bahrain this year.
