The women’s and children’s rights group Intisaf has released new statistics on the crimes committed by the Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition against Yemeni women and children.
Al-Ahd News Agency reported, quoting the organization, that during the seven years of aggression by the Saudi coalition, 6,264 women and children were killed, of which 2,428 were women and 3,848 were children.
According to Al-Ahd, 2,852 women were injured and 4,217 children were injured in the coalition attacks.
According to the report, six Yemeni children are killed every two hours following the siege of Yemen by the Saudi coalition, and there are more than 3,000 children with cancer who are on the verge of death.
The organization continued, more than two thousand children are also suffering from leukemia and are deprived of the minimum treatment facilities as well as the radioactive materials needed to treat cancer.
According to the Justice Organization, the continuing aggression and brutal siege has led to the spread of many diseases among women and children, the most important of which is malnutrition and congenital malformations resulting from the coalition’s use of internationally banned weapons.
