According to CNN Arabic, a high-ranking Emirati official said that his country supports Saudi Arabia’s efforts to find a suitable political solution to solve the Yemen crisis.
This official added that since the beginning of the crisis, the UAE has always supported Saudi Arabia and its efforts to establish peace and create a political solution and stop the hostile actions between the Yemeni parties.
He also said that the UAE hopes to start a constructive path for all Yemeni parties.
It should be noted that Mehdi Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council of Ansarullah, met with the Omani and Saudi delegations in Sana’a with the aim of reaching a lasting ceasefire agreement between Saudi Arabia and Ansarallah.
Welcoming the delegation of Oman and Saudi Arabia, Al-Mashat expressed appreciation from the Yemeni people for Oman’s efforts and the country’s positive role in achieving sustainable and inclusive peace.
