Arab foreign ministers held a consultative meeting in Beirut on Saturday, during which they emphasized support and solidarity with Lebanon and the Palestinian issue.
Abdallah Bouhabib, Foreign Minister of Lebanon, whose country is the rotating chairman of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers, presided over the opening of this meeting.
According to the report of the Lebanese news agency “NNA”, in this connection, “Hossam Zaki”, the deputy secretary general of the Arab League, said that in this meeting, the preparations for holding the Arab Summit in Algeria, the catastrophic situation of hunger in Somalia in the shadow of the dire climate and food security of the Arab world checked out.
According to him, in this meeting, the issue of Palestine was also discussed and the support and solidarity with Lebanon was emphasized.
The participants in this meeting also discussed the cases that are going to be raised in the meetings of the Arab Summit in Algeria.
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki also said that the situation in Palestine is worrying and Arab countries should pay attention to the events in Palestine and the violation of the human rights of Palestinians and the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Zionist interim regime.
