The Americans are building a base in the region full of oil and gas in Iraq!
According to Al-Maluma, an Iraqi security source announced that the American occupying forces are extensively monitoring the Al-Jazeera region, located in the north of Haditha, in the west of Anbar.
He further added: These intelligence actions of the American invaders are aimed at laying the groundwork for the construction of the second military base in Anbar after the Ain al-Asad Air Base.
This security source revealed: This area was chosen for the construction of a military base based on the existence of extensive oil and gas fields and other mines.
He clarified: Al-Jazeera region is among the completely safe regions of Iraq and has not witnessed any terrorist operations for a long time.
This is while informed Iraqi sources had previously announced that the American invaders are not only not thinking of leaving Iraq, but are trying to expand this base by buying the land around the Ain al-Asad base.
“Aqeel al-Ta’i”, an expert on Iraqi security issues, had emphasized a while ago that the continued presence of American troops in this country is aimed at supporting Washington’s interests and also supporting terrorism.
He further added: America has established its bases in different regions of Iraq, namely Baghdad, Anbar and Erbil. These bases were not built for training purposes, but for combat purposes to support US interests in Iraq.
Al-Ta’i stated: We urgently need the case of the presence of American soldiers in Iraq to be brought up in the parliament of this country to be finalized, especially since some people support the presence of these soldiers in order to maintain their positions and positions.
