Tel Aviv’s order to freeze the properties of Palestinian prisoners.
The media of the Zionist regime announced the beginning of the new plan of the Zionist regime to freeze the assets of Palestinian prisoners and martyrs and their families.
Benny Gantz, Minister of War of the Zionist regime, signed an order by which the banks of this regime are asked to block the assets and funds allocated by the self-governing organizations to the families of prisoners and martyrs.
“Israel Hum” newspaper announced this Tuesday and wrote that among the prisoners whose private funds will be blocked, the Palestinian freed Ibrahim Abu Mokh was released last year after spending more than 30 years in prison.
Also, the names of Walid Daqeh and Ebrahim Biadse, who are said to be involved in the killing of a Zionist soldier in 1987, are among the prisoners whose assets will be frozen.
According to “Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed” website, Gantz signed this order under the pretext of fighting part of the “anti-terrorism” plan.
Yisrael Hum also wrote that the signing of this order took place after the continuous and joint activity of Shabak and the economic committee to combat terrorism of the Ministry of War and Police of the Zionist regime.
According to this report, following the signing of this order on Monday, a notification was issued to the banks of the Zionist regime regarding the implementation of this order.
The value of the assets that Gantz has ordered to be frozen is about 10 million shekels (each shekel is equivalent to 0.29 US dollars).
