Taliban Minister: Afghanistan is facing negative propaganda from the West.
The Minister of Information and Culture of the Taliban said in a meeting with scholars of the Islamic world: Afghanistan, like other countries of the Islamic world, is facing negative propaganda from the West and some biased countries.
“Khairullah Khairkhah”, Minister of Information and Culture of the interim government of the Taliban, in a meeting with a delegation of scholars from Palestine, Egypt, Sudan and Libya, said that Afghanistan is facing negative propaganda from the West and called on the heads of Islamic countries to present the objective realities of Afghanistan to the world.
Khairkhah added: “Currently, the Islamic world, especially Afghanistan, is facing negative propaganda from the West and some biased countries. We ask the prominent scholars of the world to reflect the objective realities of Afghanistan to all the great scholars of the Muslim Ummah, Muslims and the world.”
Referring to the policies of the interim Taliban government, he said: Our goal is to implement Sharia and God’s commandments, and we want to help our countrymen and Muslim citizens to live a good Islamic life.
The delegation of scholars from these three countries also met with Mullah Barder, the first deputy prime minister of the Taliban. Mollabrader emphasized in this meeting that the western media shows a negative image of Afghanistan.
He also asked the scholars of Islamic countries to show the correct picture of the real situation of Afghanistan to the Muslims of the world.
