Systematic crimes in Afghanistan and cases that are not going to be opened.
The nauseating words are made with the aim of distorting the facts and exonerating Western murderers and criminals, while thanks to the media suffocation of the regime of rule, systematic crimes have been committed during the two decades of NATO occupation in Afghanistan, many of which are still unsealed.
The new news that is being heard these days regarding the accusation of the Australian forces present in Afghanistan with intentional war crimes against the people of this war-torn country shows new dimensions of the crimes of the Westerners.
An Australian judge has recently confirmed the accusations of “Roberts Smith”, an Australian veteran soldier, that he was “a war criminal, a liar and a persecutor” in Afghanistan and considered these accusations to be completely true!
This is the first time an Australian court has assessed allegations of war crimes by Australian forces, so many experts predict that we will see more such cases in the coming years.
In 2020, a major inquiry called the Britton Report found, based on credible evidence, that Australian soldiers had unlawfully killed 39 people in Afghanistan.
Roberts Smith was one of these soldiers who was declared to have intentionally shot and killed an Afghan teenager and threw another Afghan citizen from a height with his hands tied, which led to his death.
It is worth considering that; Smith’s trial was held in a civil court, not a military court!
In the meantime; Some Australian and Western sources have considered the actions taken regarding the removal of the honorary titles of “Australian veteran” as a sign of bravely confronting the war crimes of this soldier in order to make his crimes personal and not systematic.
Even the BBC, in a targeted report, praised the request to withdraw the prestigious “Victoria Cross” medal from Roberts Smith, in order to contribute to the induction of the said statement and to remove the accusation from the countries present in the occupation of Afghanistan.
It seams; Beyond the publicity stunts that took place after the Australian veteran was proven guilty, there are other bitter truths that cannot be easily ignored.
