Syrian official: The United States created ISIS to deliberately destroy the countries of the world.
The governor of Al-Hasakah in Syria stressed that ISIL is a US-made plan that aims to create chaos, fear, terror and killing in the countries of the world and to destroy it purposefully.
The governor of al-Hasakah, Syria, criticized the inefficient and negative role of international organizations and the United Nations operating in the province, stressing that it was ineffective in dealing with Kurdish militant groups known as the “Syrian Democratic Forces.”
Al-Hasakah Governor Ghassan Halim Khalil met with the heads of the offices of international organizations operating in the province this Thursday evening and criticized the inefficiency of international organizations in dealing with clashes between democratic (US-affiliated) forces and ISIL elements.
More than 4,000 families, or about 30,000 civilians, were displaced from the southern neighborhoods of Hasakah (Ghoyran, al-Zahour and al-Nashwa) during the clashes, Sputnik news agency reported, quoting the Syrian official. The displacement of these people is a disability, the bombing of the occupying American planes and the fake conflict between ISIL and US-affiliated forces.
He noted that the Syrian government agencies, in cooperation with charities and civil society, provided full services to the displaced people, housed them in shelters, and provided everything that could help the refugees.
The governor of al-Hasakah noted that international organizations are not helping families who have sought refuge in areas controlled by the Syrian army due to external pressures; However, these institutions operate with licenses issued by the Syrian government. This is also contrary to the UN Charter and international humanitarian law.
Khalil also criticized the international and UN silence on the deployment of thousands of ISIS terrorists by the United States; In a way, Washington turned schools into prisons for ISIL elements, as we saw in al-Hasakah al-Sanaiya prison.
