Special Representative of Malaysia: We have been and are with the people of Afghanistan.
The special representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia for Afghanistan Affairs, at the opening ceremony of the joint workshop between Afghanistan and Malaysia, which is held in Kabul under the title of “Fundamental Issues of Afghanistan’s Development”, while thanking and appreciating the efforts of the Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the interim government of the Taliban for accompanying the government of Malaysia. He emphasized with the people of Afghanistan and considered this support due to the unity of the Muslim nation.
In his speech, referring to the activities carried out between the two countries of Afghanistan and Malaysia, he said: The first stage of our work was to strengthen relations, which has been completed, and the second stage is to create a master plan for Afghanistan.
According to Ahmad Azam, the next stage of their work is the recognition of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
According to Bakhtar News Agency, during this ceremony, Nouruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the interim government of the Taliban, also said that Afghanistan is a country of opportunities and investing in mineral resources is an opportunity that Afghanistan and Malaysia will benefit from.
Appreciating the cooperation of Malaysia, he added: “We were in constant contact with Malaysia and asked for their cooperation in the field of e-governance, investment in mineral resources, poverty alleviation, reconstruction and provision of educational fields and sharing the experiences of that country.”
This ministry has published a newsletter that at the opening ceremony of the workshop “Fundamental issues of Afghanistan’s development”, Nuruddin Azizi, Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of the interim government of the Taliban, Ahmad Azam, the special representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia for Afghanistan, Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanakzai, the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government The temporary Taliban and a number of other officials and officials of the two countries have participated.
This three-day workshop will be held in the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the interim Taliban government, and the representatives of the Malaysian departments will share their experiences with the Afghan side.
