Special meeting in Jordon regarding Yemen.
After returning to Sana’a, the head of the military committee of the National Salvation Government of Yemen gave explanations about the developments discussed at the Jordan meeting.
Yahya al-Razami, the head of the military committee of the National Salvation Government of Yemen for consultation on ceasefire violations and the reopening of routes, returned to Sana’a after meeting with the UN envoy in Jordan.
According to the report of Al-Sahafa Al-Iminiyah Agency, al-Razami said, this delegation made many suggestions in the meeting with the representatives of the United Nations in Jordan.
He added: We were shocked by the non-appearance of the other party in the consultations under the supervision of the United Nations. The other party is still avoiding any understanding.
He continued: The United Nations is not interested in a plan that proposes the opening of three routes in the first stage. We decided to open the appropriate channels step by step without waiting for the approval of the other party. We are sorry for not reaching an agreement as a result of the other party’s failure.
Al-Razami held the responsibility of any offensive or military action against Yemeni citizens on the routes opened by the National Salvation government on the other side and said that it became clear to everyone in the Amman talks that the other side is seeking political revenge in the case of the routes.
He added, he discussed with the UN representatives about the ceasefire violation and informed them that the aggressor coalition violates the ceasefire with various actions, including reconnaissance flights, combat operations, military actions in the West Bank, Taiz, Marib, etc.
