Signing Manama-Tel Aviv cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the Negev meeting.
The Foreign Ministers of Bahrain and the Zionist regime signed a cooperation agreement between the two sides on the sidelines of today’s six-party meeting in Negev in the Occupied Territories.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid and his Bahraini counterpart Abdul Latif al-Zayani signed an agreement on future cooperation between Tel Aviv and Manama on the sidelines of the Niqab meeting.
“The Lapid and Al-Zayani signed a cooperation framework agreement on the sidelines of the Naqqab meeting for future cooperation between the two sides, and the Israeli and Bahraini foreign ministries will work to guide this cooperation,” the Times of Israel reported.
“This meeting between us is something that people thought could not happen, but they were wrong,” Lapid said on Twitter about the Al-Niqab meeting that took place today between the foreign ministers of Israel, the United States, Egypt, Bahrain, the UAE and Morocco. It happened because we believed in it, it happened because it is the vision we set for the future of our region.
He added: “Last night we decided to make the Al-Naqab Summit a permanent assembly and with the cooperation of our closest friend, the United States, today we opened the doors to the people of the region, including the Palestinians, to offer them an alternative to terror and destruction. Share your future progress and success.
The meeting of the ministers of the four Arab countries with the Zionist regime and the United States has been accompanied by a wave of condemnation from various parties in the region, which they described as a betrayal of the Palestinian cause and to the detriment of the interests of the nations of the region.
