A shooting between two groups in a shopping center in the northernmost. neighborhood of Istanbul left 6 injured, one of whom is Iranian, but according to the Turkish police, he had nothing to do with this incident.
Turkish media reported the shooting between two armed groups in one of Istanbul’s shopping centers this morning (Monday).
According to this report, CCTV cameras inside a cafe in a shopping center located in Sariyer neighborhood show two groups that had a fight between them for an unknown reason.
“Sabah” newspaper wrote about this: “After some time, this quarrel turned into a conflict and the parties shot at each other with guns, as a result of which 6 people were injured. One of the wounded, who was in a serious condition, was taken to the hospital.
Turkish police and security officials reported that four of the injured in this shooting incident were citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, one was Turkish, and one was Iranian.
Continuing his report, Sabah wrote: “In the initial investigation, it was found that a total of 12 bullets were fired in this incident. Turkish police are looking for the main suspects of this shooting.
Also, Turkish media reported that the police confirmed that the Iranian citizen had nothing to do with this shooting and that he was injured only because of his accidental presence at the place.
