Seyed Hassan Nasrallah: Tel Aviv asked for a cease-fire because it could no longer withstand the rockets of the resistance.
While praising the stability and resistance of the Palestinian people, the Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah stated that Tel Aviv asked for a ceasefire because it could no longer withstand more rockets from the resistance.
On Sunday evening, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement, praised the stability of the people of Gaza in another of his speeches on the occasion of the month of Muharram.
According to the report of “Al-Mayadeen” network, the Secretary General of Hezbollah said: “Tel Aviv’s [behavior] was obvious today; “Tel Aviv wants a ceasefire because it can no longer tolerate more rockets.”
Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah further praised the stability of the people of Gaza and the courage of the Palestinians in response to the Zionist regime, saying: “If the terror operations remain unanswered, Israel would continue the terror attacks.”
The Secretary General of Hezbollah also emphasized: “The resistance in Palestine as well as in Lebanon can defend its people and establish the equations of protection and deterrence and impose conditions on the enemy.”
On Friday evening, the fighters of the Zionist regime attacked areas in the Gaza Strip, which was accompanied by a response from the resistance groups in the Gaza Strip.
After the escalation of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement’s rocket attacks, Israel’s Interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid, last night, in a meeting with the officials of the Zionist settlements around the Gaza Strip, claimed that the Zionists’ goals of encroaching on Gaza have been achieved and the continuation of operations is not beneficial.
This claim was raised while “Ehsan Ataya”, the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in Lebanon, announced: “The mediations that are being carried out are to save the Zionist regime; But we do not accept any mediation that does not emphasize our right to defend our nation.”
Finally, with the mediation of Egypt, news sources reported last night that the ceasefire has been agreed with the full acceptance of the conditions of the Islamic Jihad movement.
Moments later, “Mohammed Al-Handi”, the head of the political department of the Islamic Jihad Movement, officially confirmed the achievement of the ceasefire and announced that an agreement has been reached regarding Egypt’s plan to establish a ceasefire.
