Yemeni sources reported that fighters from the Saudi-Emirati aggression coalition attacked Abu Dhabi-affiliated mercenary military convoys.
Yemeni News quoted the sources as saying that during the attacks, the mercenaries of a group called Al-Amalqa (affiliated to the UAE) were attacked several times.
According to these sources, the attack took place in the areas between “Ain” and “Bijan” in the west of Shabwa province.
The sources said that a large number of al-Amalqa elements were killed and wounded during the attacks, and that their military equipment was almost destroyed.
Meanwhile, coalition fighters also bombed the headquarters of mercenaries of the resigned Yemeni government (affiliated to Riyadh) in Shabwa on January 29th.
Military sources said the attack took place on a group of resigned government forces in the al-Luthamah area of the city of Markheh, northwest of Shabwa.
