According to al-Masira, the National Committee for the Affairs of Yemeni Prisoners announced the execution of 10 prisoners of the Yemeni army and popular committees by Saudi mercenaries on the west coast of Yemen.

The committee declared the execution of the Yemeni prisoners a barbaric and aggressive act that contradicts the most obvious rights, morals and religious and human values.
The committee emphasized: “We condemn the crime of execution of prisoners and emphasize that this action is a testimony to the crime of mercenaries and a disgraceful scandal for their American, Emirati and Saudi masters.”
The National Committee of Yemeni Prisoners added: “The recurrence of crimes against prisoners shows that this is an organized action by the aggressor countries and mercenaries to take revenge on those who stand against the occupation and their crimes.” We consider the full legal and moral responsibility for this crime against the prisoners to belong to the leaders of the mercenaries in the West Bank and their supporting countries.
The committee also called on the UN Special Representative for Yemen and the UN to condemn the act and take serious action to prosecute the perpetrators.
The National Committee of Yemeni Prisoners added: “We call on the United Nations and its affiliated institutions to take the necessary measures to protect the prisoners and protect their rights.”
The committee also called on political groups, domestic institutions and Yemeni tribes to condemn this crime against the captives and to prosecute the perpetrators by exposing them.
