The organization, which is run by activists, researchers, and academics, recently conducted its annual evaluation plan and divided the results into safety, health, facilities, and quality of life. According to this assessment, Saudi Arabia is the worst country in terms of human rights after Mexico.
The researchers said the result was based on Saudi Arabia’s horrific record of torture, executions, extrajudicial killings, kidnappings, brutal detentions and the death penalty. In terms of facilities and quality of life in terms of human rights, Saudi Arabia received a grade of 10, which is the lowest among 34 other countries. This is due to the ban on protests in the country, restrictions on freedom of expression, the formation of civic institutions and the inability of citizens to vote.
