Sana’a: It is meaningless to talk about peace without respecting the rights of the Yemeni people.
The head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen warned that this country is not looking for tension, but if the other side does not look for peace, there is a possibility of tension.
Mahdi al-Mashat, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, warned the aggressor Saudi-Emirati alliance that there is a possibility of any tension or complication of the situation.
Al-Masira news channel reported, quoting Al-Mashat, that Yemen is not looking for tension, but if there are no sane people on the other side (Saudi coalition) who are looking for peace, there is a possibility of tension.
He clarified that the aggressor countries are responsible for not accepting the demands of the Yemeni nation and without respecting the rights of our nation and country, talking about peace and security has no value.
This Yemeni official considered the blockade and depriving the Yemeni nation of its resources as a big obstacle in the path of peace and trust building and said: We warn against avoiding our demands. Because the demands are right and fair.
While warning the aggressor coalition not to meet the demands of the Yemeni people, Al-Mashat emphasized that the people should not be deceived by those who have become the servants of the aggressors and occupiers.
He continued: All the past and present villains have gathered in the stronghold of foreign aggression against our country, and on the other hand, all free people are also gathered in the stronghold of defending freedom and independence.
This Yemeni official stated that the wars against Yemen were for the country to remain dependent on foreign countries, foreign conspiracies will continue and Yemen is facing foreign parties that opposed the September 26 revolution.
