The statement of the Federal Security Service of Russia states that this woman “gathered and transmitted information on one of the critical infrastructure facilities in the Yaroslavl region with the aim of carrying out a terrorist attack on the orders of the Ukrainian special services.”
According to Russian authorities, communications were seized from the detainee that contained his correspondence with the “Ukrainian coordinator” for the commission of a planned crime inside Russia.
