Abdallah bin Nasser al-Rahbi, the permanent representative of Oman in the Arab League, said that the return of Syria to the meetings of the Arab League is one of the most important topics of the Arab Summit.
In an interview with the Syrian News Agency (SANA), Al-Rahbi said that the presence of Syria in the meetings of the Arab League strengthens Arab solidarity and Oman is also interested in realizing this.
He expressed optimism about the increase of joint Arab actions.
The Arab Summit is scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia on May 19, and for the first time after 12 years, Syrian President Bashar Assad will also participate in this summit.
