Eli Cohen, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Zionist regime, once again emphasized that an agreement on the normalization of relations with Saudi Arabia is available and the only issue in this regard is only time.
In a conversation with the Zionist news site “Ynet”, Cohen added: Israel and Saudi Arabia reaching an agreement to normalize relations is in the interest of the United States; Especially since the president of this country, Joe Biden, is trying to achieve important political achievements before the 2024 elections.
He added: Americans pay special attention to the economy, and any agreement between the United States and Saudi Arabia will reduce energy costs.
This Zionist minister claimed that Riyadh wants agreements in the field of tourism and trade similar to the agreements concluded between the UAE and Tel Aviv.
On the other hand, by repeating hostile positions against Iran, Cohen called for the formation of a “collective front” alongside global efforts to limit Iran’s nuclear progress, as a “strategy for establishing peace in the Middle East and normalizing relations between countries.”
So far, Saudi Arabia or the United States have not reacted to Cohen’s statements.
These statements of the foreign minister of the Zionist regime come at a time when Saudi Arabia has repeatedly announced that the precondition for any process of normalization of relations with Tel Aviv is a fair solution to the Palestinian issue.
