Reasons for Bin Turki’s detention and the impact of Khashoggi’s murder report on Bin Salman.
Mujtahid, the most prominent opponent of the Saudi government, posted on his Twitter page about the impact of US intelligence reports on the assassination of Saudi journalist Khashoggi on Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Mujtahid said in a series of tweets on Twitter: Bin Salman has reduced his activities due to fear of being targeted and believing that the United States is plotting a coup against him with the assistance of some rulers.
He added: “Bin Salman refuses to travel abroad due to unexpected events and only goes to countries such as the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt to pretend that he has been accepted in the international arena.”
Mujtahid added: “Bin Salman has instructed the media to magnify his contacts with world leaders during this period to show that the US report has had no effect on his international relations.”
He added: “Bin Salman asked Saud al-Qahtani to look for ways to get him out of the US tour, but so far no results have been achieved.”
Mujtahid also gave the real reason for the arrest of Fahd bin Turki and his son Abdul Aziz, and said that the news about their planning for the coup was incorrect.
He added: “Abir, the daughter of King Abdullah, is the wife of Fahd, a media activist, and Abdul Aziz Amir al-Jawf is his only child, and bin Salman follows all the news of Abdullah to confiscate his vast wealth.”
He added: “Abir prevented the confiscation of his foreign property after bin Salman confiscated his property inside and opposed the cessation of his media activities, so he was arrested.”
He added: “Fahd and his son had found out that Ibn Salman was lying in wait for Abir, so with coordination, they took him out of Al-Jawf Airport.
