Putin: Ukraine uses cluster bombs on a large scale.
According to Sputnik, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko met and discussed with each other in the Russian city of Sochi.
In his meeting with the President of Belarus, Putin pointed to the stable development of relations between Russia and Belarus and added: “The situation in Russia is stable.”
While referring to Ukraine’s use of cluster bombs, the Russian president said: that Ukraine uses cluster bombs on a large scale.
He further clarified: America considers itself an exception. In fact, it is America that uses cluster bombs with the hands of Ukrainians. This action is a crime.
Pointing to America’s behavior with its allies, Putin emphasized that most of the countries in the multipolar world today are dissatisfied with America’s behavior with its partners as additional elements.
Referring to the reason for the non-implementation of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, he continued: Russia has never rejected negotiations with Ukraine, but they must say that they want negotiations. We have not heard anything like that from them.
While emphasizing the presence of foreign officers on the battlefield with Ukraine, Putin added: “We have captured some of these foreign instructors in recent days.”
Referring to the interest of Russian citizens to participate in the war with Ukraine, he continued: 300,000 volunteers have registered to participate in special military operations, and all of them have done so with patriotic motives.
The President of Russia announced: that Russia is not a threat to anyone, but America is trying to create threats from outside. This is while the Americans themselves admit that the threats are created from inside the White House.
He continued: Russia has not violated anything and will not intend to violate anything, but it will develop its cooperation with North Korea within the framework of international laws.
The President of Russia stated: that European companies have refused to export energy equipment. In the near future, the world’s big companies will do this. The level of our engineering capabilities is high.
The President of Belarus also announced in this meeting: There were problems in the energy market, but now the situation has stabilized.
Referring to the passage of Belarus from sanctions, he added: that Belarus will return to the pre-sanctions level next year.
