The Russian President emphasized: Multilateral participation and interaction through “BRICS” will not only contribute significantly to ensuring the sustainable growth of our countries, but also to the general improvement of the global economic situation and the successful achievement of the global development goals set by the United Nations. In terms of anti-poverty tasks, expanding people’s access to quality health care helps eradicate hunger and strengthen food security.
He further explained: Among the priority areas, we see greater coordination of the BRICS participants’ approaches on the issue of supporting small and medium enterprises. This is an important part of the overall economic program of the 5 countries, which will require assistance to the widest strata of citizens involved in business in matters of administrative and tax regulations, digitalization, e-commerce and participation in value chains.
Putin added that thanks to government support programs, BRICS entrepreneurs successfully adapt to the ever-changing conditions of global markets, find new partners and new distribution channels, attract more funds and increasingly They use new technologies.
Putin added: The development of cooperation in “BRICS” in the field of decarbonization, reduction of human effects on nature and adaptation to climate change is also very important. Russia is ready to cooperate with other countries to promote more balanced approaches to climate issues in the world.
