Palestinian prisoner died as a result of the medical negligence of the Zionists.
Palestinian media reported the martyrdom of a prisoner in Israeli prisons due to intentional medical negligence.
Al-Amour, a resident of the Gaza Strip, was arrested in 2008 and sentenced to 19 years in prison, according to the Sama news agency.
Recently, the Al-Assir Club for the Investigation of Palestinian Prisoners warned of the dire situation of this Palestinian prisoner.
Al-Amour was recently transferred from prison to Asqalan Hospital and from there to Soroka Hospital due to deteriorating health, and underwent major surgery.
Prior to Al-Amour’s martyrdom, the Al-Asir Club had blamed the Israeli prison administration for the prisoner’s death and called for the immediate intervention of international legal institutions to secure his release.
About a month ago, Al-Assir Club announced that the free Palestinian “Hussein Masalmeh”, who spent a difficult time in the Zionist regime’s prisons, was martyred in Ramallah’s “Al-Astashari” hospital.
According to Ma’a, Masalmeh contracted cancer in the Zionist prison, and as a result of the regime’s medical negligence, his illness worsened. He was in the Hadassah Zionist Hospital from the moment of his release in February 2021, after which he was transferred to Ramallah Hospital. Al-Assir Club blamed the Zionist regime for the martyrdom of this Palestinian prisoner, adding that the crime of medical negligence was committed against this prisoner, as it is being committed against hundreds of other prisoners.
