Noam Chomsky: The Europeans are not willing to put up with American anger over Vienna Talks.
Leading American theorist and linguist comparing the global approaches of China and US allies on issues such as JCPOA said China will never act like Europe.
Leading American theorist and linguist recently said in an interview comparing China’s global approaches with European countries with the United States on issues such as Burjam that China will never act like Europe.
“China is not like Europe,” Noam Chomsky told the American website Truth August. European countries may get angry when the United States decides to rescind a joint agreement with Iran (Borjam) and impose tough sanctions to punish Iran for canceling the agreement. They may even announce that they will find ways to avoid deadly US sanctions. But in the end, they go their own way with no plans and are unwilling to tolerate the godfather’s anger or punitive measures, such as expulsion from the Washington-controlled international financial system. China is the same in many other cases.
On Afghanistan’s current developments and China’s role in the country, Chomsky said that if Afghanistan could survive US sanctions, it would likely be on the path to the SCO based in China and to Russia, India, Pakistan, Iran and Joins Central Asian countries. China may be able to shift Afghanistan’s economy from exporting narcotics, in US-controlled times, to exploiting its significant mineral resources in China’s favor. Despite intense US efforts to curb such economic influence, it is spreading to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and even to Washington’s backyard in Latin America.
China has repeatedly called for the lifting of unilateral and illegal US sanctions against Iran.
In a recent interview with a Chinese media outlet, a senior Chinese diplomat noted Beijing’s constructive role in important world affairs at the moment, including the issue of Iran’s nuclear program and the failure of US domination, especially with the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
