NGOs: The current tools of Washington and Tel Aviv against Hezbollah in the run-up to the Lebanese elections
According to a Lebanese website, the United States and the Zionist regime are working to defeat Hezbollah by creating and financing non-governmental organizations in order to weaken the morale of the people and attack the Lebanese resistance.
The Lebanese Al-Ahd website reported that US-economic terrorism had failed against supporters of the resistance, and that the siege had been extended to include all of Lebanon, with the aim of defeating Hezbollah. They doubled the US-funded NGOs, known as “NGOs” (NGOs), which acted to demoralize and attack the resistance.
The report goes on to say that the essence of the confession of the arrested spy “Mohammad Shoaib” has not yet dried up that the Zionist enemy has entered the field of confrontation with the resistance directly; Channel 12 of the Zionist regime’s television has called for an attempt to defeat Hezbollah in the polls.
Mohammed Shoaib is a Lebanese journalist who was arrested late last month for his links to the Zionist regime and spying for it (more details).
The report claims that Hezbollah and its allies could lose their majority in the upcoming parliamentary elections, and that this is a real opportunity, even if it is not guaranteed.
“There are many ways to influence the outcome of the Lebanese elections through the Americans, the French and the Gulf states,” said Ehud Yari, a Zionist analyst who produced the report. These methods include a small amount of financial assistance, professional assistance to campaigns, mediation between politicians who have difficulty compiling electoral lists and creating a conducive environment, all of which can lead to gains for Hezbollah rivals.
He claimed that Hezbollah’s major Christian ally, the Al-Tiyar al-Watani al-Hurr (Free National Movement) party, could lose half of its seats, and that most of these votes went to Hezbollah rivals
