Netanyahu is becoming more dictatorial; Approval of the law prohibiting the dismissal of the prime minister in the Knesset.
The Zionist parliament approved a law that does not allow the judicial advisor of the cabinet to dismiss the prime minister and declare him incapable of performing his duties.
Knesset (Parliament of the Zionist regime) early today (Thursday) approved a plan that prohibits the dismissal of the prime minister and the declaration of his inability to perform his duties.
According to the report of “Arab48” news site, the approval of this law will make it difficult to remove the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, who is accused of corruption and betrayal of trust.
The aforementioned plan was finally approved with the votes of 61 members of the Knesset and against the opposition of 47 members. “David Bitan” and “David Amsalem”, two members of the “Likud” party, and “Moshi Abutaboul”, a member of the “Shas” party, were absent in today’s voting session.
The proposal of this law was presented by “Aver Kats” a member of the Likud party (Netanyahu’s party), according to which the judicial adviser of the cabinet will not be allowed to declare the prime minister’s inability to fulfill his mission and his resignation.
In this law, it is stated that the declaration of incapacity to perform duties is allowed only when the prime minister does not have the physical or mental capacity to carry out the assigned mission, in which case, the prime minister himself must declare incapacity or 75% of the ministers approve in a vote. that the prime minister is unable to perform his duties.
If the Prime Minister opposes the voting of the ministers, the decision in this regard will be left to the Zionist Parliament, in which case 90 members of the Zionist Parliament must approve the Prime Minister’s incapacity.
In this law, it is also mentioned that the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime does not have the possibility to review the request to declare the Prime Minister incapable of performing his duties.
