Netanyahu and series of blackmailing allies.
The new ruling coalition in the occupied territories led by Netanyahu in the early hours of Friday morning in the first voting session of the controversial bill presented to the parliament, disregarding the legal processes, took an important step in the direction of satisfying Netanyahu’s partners in the new coalition cabinet. They removed Netanyahu from the 10-day deadline.
In the new bill presented to the Knesset by the partners of the Likud party and Netanyahu, an attempt is made to amend the legal provisions to provide a framework so that “Aryeh Darei” the leader of the “Shas” party can assume the responsibility of 3 ministries in the new cabinet despite his bad judicial record.
Darei already has a judicial suspension due to his corruption case, but his prison sentence has been suspended until today.
According to the laws of the occupied territories, any person who has been sentenced to prison in the last 7 years cannot hold the position of a minister in the ministries of the Zionist regime.
Netanyahu claims that since Aryeh Darei’s prison sentence has been suspended and he has not gone to prison, as a result, this legal provision cannot be an obstacle to him being awarded the 3rd seat in the Ministry of Interior, Health and Finance.
