The Secretary General of Hezbollah pointed out that the Mossad is behind the sedition of burning the Holy Quran, and said that all Islamic countries should expel Swedish ambassadors.
Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, on Thursday evening, condemned the heinous crime of burning the Holy Quran in Sweden, which was carried out with the support of the police of this country.
Al-Manar news channel quoted Nasrallah as reporting that Muslim nations should ask their governments to expel the Swedish ambassadors in these countries and sit in after Friday prayers. Therefore, the Lebanese government should expel the Swedish ambassador in protest against the desecration of Muslim holy places.
Today for the second time in recent weeks, the perpetrators of Koran burning in Sweden insulted the Holy Quran and the Iraqi flag with the green light of the police after receiving a permit for an anti-Islamic rally in Stockholm.
The Swedish police announced on Wednesday (July 28) that they had issued permission to hold a protest rally outside the Iraqi embassy in Stockholm. Meanwhile, some media reported: The organizers of this protest rally intend to burn the Muslim holy books again.
While asking the Lebanese government to remove its ambassador from Sweden, the Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon noted: Tomorrow the world will see that we will defend this Quran with our hearts, blood, and liver and how we will disgrace those who have violated its sanctity.
Pointing out that every Muslim should fulfill his responsibility towards the Islamic Ummah, Nasrallah pointed out: It seems that Mossad is behind this sedition. If Islamic countries sanction Sweden, the problem of insulting the Holy Quran and Islamic holy things will be solved.
Ahmad al-Sahaf, the spokesman of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced this Thursday evening that this organization is trying to close its embassy in Stockholm. He said that diplomatic measures have been started immediately to close the Iraqi embassy in Stockholm and after that, the Swedish ambassador is also expelled from Baghdad.
The spokesman of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry announced that Iraq wants to hold an extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to investigate the issue of repeated insults to the Holy Quran. Seyyed Moqtadi al-Sadr, the leader of Iraq’s Sadr movement, emphasized today that the Arab League should hold a meeting to review this offensive action.
In response to this insulting act, Iraqi government spokesman Bassem Al-Awadi said: We were surprised by the repetition of the incident of burning the Holy Quran and the Iraqi flag in front of our embassy in Sweden. We announced to the Swedish authorities that if the Holy Quran is set on fire, we will expel the ambassador of this country.
