Moscow: America and Europe are looking to divert attention from Palestine.
Blaming the United States and Europe for the escalation of the occupied Palestinian crisis, the representative of Russia at the United Nations said that the time has come for the Security Council to take a real step to correct this situation.
“Vasily Nebenzia”, the representative of Russia at the United Nations, analyzed that the United States and the European Union want to divert attention from the Palestinian crisis and the Zionist interim regime.
Nebenzia said on Friday evening during the meeting of the UN Security Council, the time has come to correct the situation of the Palestinian crisis by implementing the resolutions regarding the resolution of this crisis.
According to “Ryanovsti” website, he explained: “The Security Council really owes the Palestinians. The resolutions of the Security Council and the UN General Assembly have not been implemented for decades. It’s interesting why those who are actually blocking them themselves don’t report it.”
Stating that the time has come for the Security Council to take a real step to correct this situation, this Russian diplomat stated that today’s meeting of the Security Council on the situation in the Middle East following the escalation of tensions between the Palestinians and the Zionists in the occupied territories, the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and also in Held around the Gaza Strip.
According to the report, Nebenzia also added: “We call on everyone to exercise restraint, immediately refrain from violence and provocative actions. Violence can be unilateral steps such as seizing land, building settlements in the occupied territories, expelling Palestinians and demolishing their homes, expropriation, arbitrary arrests by Israel.
