Medvedev warns of the World War III.
The head of the Russian National Security Council warned that the world is approaching the danger of World War III due to Western conspiracies.
“RT” Russian news website reported on Friday evening that “Dmitry Medvedev”, the head of the Russian National Security Council, announced during his speech at the international legal conference in St. Petersburg that what is clear is that the West has prepared an all-encompassing and combined war against Russia.
In another part of his speech, Medvedev announced: “The United States and the Europeans, as the leaders of the war in Ukraine, are pumping a large amount of lethal weapons to the Kiev regime and are escalating the borders of Russia by sending terrorists.”
This Russian official pointed out that in the event of a third world war, no side would be victorious, stating: “Russia’s enemies are now making moves to lead the world to a global catastrophe, which is the spark of the third world war.”
The head of the National Security Council emphasized at the St. Petersburg International Legal Summit that Russia’s mission is to establish a new world order with principles of equality.
It should be noted that the Russian army started its “special military operation” in eastern Ukraine on February 24 (March 5, 1400); Senior Russian government officials say the operation was launched in response to a request from the heads of the autonomous republics of Donetsk and Luhansk to protect them from Ukrainian forces. According to Sputnik, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the purpose of this operation was “to support the people who were subjected to genocide and persecution by the Kiev regime for more than eight years.”
In order to counter the advance of the Russian army, the United States and the western countries have imposed many sanctions against Russia, while sending all kinds of advanced weapons to the Ukrainian army. On the other hand, “Sergei Lavrov”, the Russian Foreign Minister, has also said that any shipment and convoy carrying military weapons for Ukraine is a legitimate target for Russian forces.
