He had previously announced in a press conference that despite the aid provided by Washington to Kiev, the aid provided by the United States to Ukraine is based on the assumption that the United States does not support attacks on Russian soil and seeks to provoke Ukraine to attack It is not the territory of Russia either.
Sullivan said: All the capabilities that the United States provides to Ukraine are considered with the basic condition that the United States does not create the possibility of attacks on Russian soil and does not support these attacks.
